At the beginning of our process, we:
- Discuss our client’s overall business objectives and the role benefits play in realizing those goals.
- Gather appropriate data for requested product lines.
- Determine the precise benefit mix that will most efficiently support these efforts.
- Solicit bids from various carriers and, through Benemax, augment those proposed products as needed to meet our design specifications.
- Provide clients with comprehensive benefit and cost overview of requested products lines.
- Work with the client to make the final design and carrier selection decisions.
Once the design and selection process is completed, we:
- Lead the client through the enrollment process
- Provide on-site and online employee meetings, both initially and as needed.
- Act on behalf of our client as a liaison linking insurance carriers, plan members, health care providers, troubleshooting any claims and administration issues along the way.
